Turkish coffee and confectionery. First location opening at Circle Mall, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai.
Kadıköy is the market quarter on the Asian shore of Istanbul, where confectioners have sold lokum, halva and roasted coffee from the same narrow shopfronts for generations. The counter is small, the range is tight, and the goods are weighed in front of you.
Kadıköy Trio Cafe L.L.C was incorporated in Dubai to run that format here. The business is deliberately simple: a staffed kiosk that brews coffee and tea to drink on the spot, and sells confectionery by weight or in gift boxes to take away. No kitchen, no delivery fleet, no franchise fees — one counter, run well.
The company is a single-owner limited liability company licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. Food operations are subject to final approval from Dubai Municipality Food Control, which is in process.

Confectionery is imported from established producers in Türkiye and sold under our own packaging. Every imported product is registered with Dubai Municipality before it reaches the counter, and the kiosk operates under a Dubai Municipality food establishment permit with trained food handlers on every shift.
Coffee is ground to order. Confectionery is bought in short cycles against shelf life rather than held in bulk, so what is on the shelf is what arrived most recently.
